I am hard working, independently capable, honest to a fault, and reliable. During my almost decade long employment at UPS I have cultivated a stellar reputation amongst not just my peers, but also my supervisors and drivers.

I constantly would communicate with the drivers loading my trucks and would at times accompany them on their routes. This let me communicate directly with the customers so I could solve problems or improve upon my methods.

I strive to be quick, efficient, and responsible. I constantly evaluate my methods and procedures. The thought of someone else having to pick up my slack genuinely irritates me. When I encounter a significant bottleneck I bring it to the attention of my superiors so we can effectively remove it.

Frequently my supervisors would send new people to my area so I could train them. My direct supervisor once said that if someone could survive loading the trailers with me they could handle anything in the building.

During my time at UPS I have caught 2 thieves (saving someone's job in the process).

Additionally by paying close attention to shipping labels and dates I was able to stop a Chinese shipping company from fraudulently under reporting their shipment numbers.

They did this by reusing old shipping labels and duplicating new ones. When scanned in our system they would show up as duplicate scans or errors allowing them to ship 2 to 3 times as much for a fraction of the cost.
