With nearly a decade of hands-on experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), I bring a deep understanding of oil and gas operations and a proven ability to drive meaningful impact across contractor management, safety leadership, and risk mitigation. My career began with a strong focus on contractor oversight for large projects and evolved into guiding smaller companies through the complexities of contractor safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Over the years, I have led and conducted numerous audits, represented contractors in both audits and litigation, and built a reputation for bridging the gap between regulatory expectations and practical, on-the-ground solutions. Being licensed in the state of Texas for insurance has broadened my perspective, allowing me to integrate risk management and financial protection strategies into safety planning with a unique level of insight.

At the core of my work is a commitment to protecting people, safeguarding organizations, and elevating safety standards. I thrive on anticipating risks before they emerge, strengthening compliance frameworks, and designing proactive strategies that not only protect operations but also build trust with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
