• As a Site Leader at Casa Alitas, in charge of one of the several facilities in Tucson
• Completes opening tasks to ensure cleanliness and readiness for guests
• Helps guests with travel arrangements
• Provides basic needs items and services to guests
• Completes closing tasks including food inventory, room audits, and ensuring guests have accommodations.

• As a youth care worker, interacts with the youth on a daily basis
• Completes tasks such as waking up the youth every morning, escorting them to class and other areas in the facility, ensuring their participation in class, playing/interacting with them during their free time, assisting teachers with concerns, and providing emotional support to youth in need.
