As a Retail Sales Associate in Dollar Tree I am tasked to sell merchandise to our customers with the upmost respect and self task myself to keep the front of the store clean and fully supplied leaving no shortages in supply or demand of the customers. If I am not main cashier I am helping stock the shelves and freezer merchandise while helping my other cashier with the customers if it gets busy . In abnormal situation where the customer is unsatisfied we try to help them find an alternative solution or if not help them understand what they can or cannot do in there situation to further solve the situation.
