Temporary detail performing the following duties:

• Support TSA screening functions and operations by logging and requesting dispatch of upper management, Transportation Security Specialist Explosives, Transportation Security Inspectors, maintenance personnel, local law enforcement, fire rescue, and federal law enforcement where necessary.
• Reviewing emergency notifications and transferring that information to the proper personnel.
• Verification of credentials for armed traveling federal employees as needed.
• Prepare complete and accurate incident reports on airport security events and submit those reports to the appropriate system based on event type as well as reviewing the incident reports submitted by TSA personnel to ensure all reports are accurately reported and formatted. Reports include security access control events, on-board and airport disturbances, discoveries in airport screening operations, law enforcement activities, and any other event that needs to be reported.
• Notifying the TSA Transportation Security Operations Center (TSOC) of any significant events within the TSA security operations.
• Verification and inputting of screening statistical data as well of logging of any money and property lost by passengers within the screening checkpoints.
• Ensuring the delivery of any pertinent information both the screening checkpoint supervisors as management and the Federal Security Directors' (FSD) staff.

• Monitor airport terminal exits.
• Screening of passengers and their accessible property.
• Ensure timely and precise screening process for all passengers.
• Answer all passenger questions.
• Remain vigilant for threats both inside and outside of the airport.
• Member of TSA scheduling committee at Miami International Airport.
• Model Officer Recognition (MOR) recipient for 2nd Quarter FY-2023

• Conducting background investigations on behalf of the United States government.
• Reviewing employment, education, court, and medical records.
• Interviewing individuals at current and past places of residence, education, and employment.
• Taking precise and accurate notes to type and transmit detailed reports.

• Greet residents and guests professionally and courteously.
• Patrolling guard gate and registering all guests entering compounds.
• Doing patrol rounds of the compounds to ensure all residents and guests are following proper guidelines.
• Dropping off resident's packages.
• Storing all condominium beach equipment at the end of each day.

• Prepared schedule for back-office tasks and employees' daily functions.
• Leading a backroom team of 9 associates.
• Unloading and processing merchandise when trucks arrive.
• Making sure all store stockrooms are organized and located.
• Receiving and binning all customer orders.
• Loading customer orders in their vehicle when they come to pick it up.
• Assisting store associates with movement of fixtures and merchandise when needed.

• Visiting freight forwarders and exporters to obtain contacts.
• Preparing and sending invoices to customers.
