Manage shipping and receiving both national and international US customs broker (Freight forwarders, DHL, FedEx, and ups) Pulling and boxing units as well.
Manage sales accounts and purchasing (Invoicing clients and sending out sales packages with all documents required) via phone or email.
Manage airline repair management, Brokering and acquisitions.
Research and development. (Mostly making calls following the market on stocked units and pricing along with trace and certificates).
Following up with shops on units being repaired. (Making sure lead times are met)
Costumer service. (Usually handling return requests, RMA's, and warranty considerations)
Experienced in Quantom, Microsoft word, excel. Speak and write fluent English and Spanish.
I have about 6 years of experience.
Overall I come with a bit of knowledge and love the industry and continuing to learn.
