I have had the opportunity to provide a variety of services.

These services have included drywall installation and finishing, painting, custom shelving, porch rebuilds, building stairs and decks, plumbing, and more.

I built a two-car garage in Fairview Park.

Prepared, submitted, and had the plan approved.

Framed, installed vinyl siding, windows, and doors, and shingled the roof. I did everything except for the electric work and the gutters.

Secured final approval from the city inspector.

Being the person that folks call to get this or that built, fixed, repaired, or replaced means I do a wide variety of tasks.

I've been able to learn how to do many things.

• Installed new or repaired parts, such as gears, shafts, bearings, valves, pumps, cylinders and other components.

I started young, helping my dad work on rental homes in Lakewood.

I had to learn a lot of skills needed to maintain a home on my own.

I did so while working on those two rental properties. I am still learning.

Over time, and with friends, I've done a lot of painting.

Worked on the interior and exterior. Commercial space, budget rental, and high-end residential. Sprayed trucks, cabinets, houses, and more.
