Adept at leading teams in high-stress environments, I enhanced unit readiness and achieved mission success with the United States Army National Guard through effective communication and strong leadership. Leading my soldiers by example as a Non Commissioned Officer in a Long Range Reconnaissance Section. Qualifying expert with the M17, M4 and the 240L machine gun. As well as working with NATO partners in the Czech Republic, participating in a multi national military exercise. I was able to work with United States Embassy staff and Security Personnel in Nairobi, Kenya as part of a QRF task force. And working with and training the South African Police Force. And assisted with security of the Consulate Generals home residents as part of a training exercise. Skilled in emergency medical response to a wide range of medical emergencies to include but not limited to cardiac arrest, vehicle accidents, trauma injuries, and structural firefighting, my proactive approach and resilience significantly mitigated property damage and loss of life during critical incidents in high stress environments.
