• Responsible for coordinating and managing training activities, policies and processes at the center level and New Hire Orientation.
• Maintain and review Plasma Center personnel training records to ensure compliance with CSL procedures, SOP’s, CLIA/COLA and other applicable requirements.
• Train, direct, and coordinate Designated Trainers to ensure understanding and clarity of training initiatives, and utilizing appropriate documents. Provide input into assessing Designated Trainers performance, as applicable.
• Perform final QA review and release for all shipment and associated documents, to ensure shipment meets customer specifications.
• Collaborate with Assistant Quality Manager (AQM), to be able to represent the center during internal and external audits, responds to questions from auditors, and may stop operations, including shipments to address quality concerns

●Responsible for the accurate and timely sampling, testing, shipping and storage of plasma collected from donors.
●Ensures samples and units are packed and shipped in accordance with SOPs and center procedures. Prepares
shipping and unit disposal documentation.
●Conducts daily calibration of equipment according to SOP. Resolves calibration issues.
●Troubleshoots equipment failures. Creates incident documentation, removes and/or replaces equipment from service.

●Provides guidance and technical training about processes and procedures to Processing Technicians and other
staff as required
