Project manages with inventory management, acquisitions, as well as promotion planning and scheduling to insure the vast library of motion picture product is effectively utilized within license windows. Also schedules DirecTV app landing pages for Encore and Starz. Lead trainer for onboarding new program scheduling employees and Starz interns. Responsible for budgetary concerns for licensing vintage Western tv show product from vendors like Warner Brothers, Paramount, Universal and independent studios. Also responsible for competitive analysis for acquiring and re-licensing Western movies and tv shows based on coverage ratings using Tableau reports.

Also in charge of viewing and QC of all promotional and interstitial content planned for POCs.

Also acted as liaison between the On Air Promo Department, Marketing, Standards and Practices Department and Traffic for timely delivery of all promotional and Synergy related content and quality control of all promos currently airing on Disney Channel. Also in charge of daily promo content reports for scheduled meetings.

In charge of coordinating Toon Disney SAP project which involves scheduling Disney episodic series and movies for Spanish audio layback at outside post facilities and in-house. Processing of new titles for Disney Channel, Toon Disney, SOAPnet and ABC Family. In charge of ordering and maintaining all tape stock to be used for in house dubbing.
