As a Target Service Advocate I pride myself in my Communication Skills i am a Dual Language Individual, I am a native Spanish speaker and have taken college level Spanish classes in High school. I always greet our guests with a positive attitude and enjoy the challenge of doing problem solving and making sure our Guests leave on a positive note. I also pride myself on knowing our store policies so I'm always ready for the next call for help.
As a Service Advocate in Target I carry out daily tasks to ensure a clean and presentable work place inviting our Guests to a welcoming visit. I handle all returns in store to ensure our Guests have a quick fast easy and enjoyable return experience, I am tasked with the judgement call on what i feel is right on any given return or exchange as well as being knowledgeable with all of our in store return and price match policies. Among returns as a service advocate i pick up phone calls for every department and redirect everyone to their correct departments as well as answer Guest service related questions, I am tasked with making store overhead announcements and I am also expected to greet every Guest on a daily basis in a fun and welcoming manner, because of my work experience and quick learning I'm also expected to help assist in other departments of need.
