Sr. Full Stack Engineer for Suprtek Contract CAMPS for Air Mobility Command. This modernization project will facilitate the coordination of air operations and assets for real world mission requirements across the globe. From requesting cargo, passenger, humanitarian aid and special dignitary movements; CAMPS will be able to also allocate assets for special air operations such as Air to Air refueling and Aeromedical Evacuations worldwide.

• Spearheaded first implementation of AWS SQS to allow services to handle increase volume of event driven mission creation versus previous use of REST, increasing performance by over 100k per day.
• Proactively worked with Design and Architect teams to modernize React application with Prime React library to replace Material. First implementation code was delivered in less than one week which helped teams lower their learning curve.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to get bundled code to customer's multi-layered CI/CD process that includes integration tests, security vulnerability and code integrity scans.
• Consistently Peer-Review work of team and cross-teams to ensure code quality, tests, integration and goal of Story Requirements have been met, along with ensuring that code collisions are collaborated with other cross-team changes.

Honorably serving serving for over 17 years, I am assigned to the 618th AOC/TACC at Scott AFB to support real world Air Mobility Command Aerial Ports around the world to supply the war fighter or humanitarian needs.

• Manage and perform air transportation activities such as: Plan, schedule, process eligible cargo, passengers, and mail using internal software such as iCODES, GATES, GDSS2, and SMS.
• Coordinate and plan humanitarian aid, ammunition, mail, rations, medical supplies, vehicles, personnel, and hazardous materials worldwide.
• Delicately coordinate, plan, and follow returning fallen warriors to US soil through our extensive worldwide network of Aerial Ports within 72 hours.

Manage 3 fully remote software engineering teams comprising of 4 engineers each, specializing in customer and supplier facing web applications for the movement of Interstate, Intrastate, and Local home and corporate goods across the continental U.S.

• Conduct bi-weekly 1:1 with engineers on career progression, agile practices, technical coaching, work/life balance and clearing any blockers that exist.

• Implement, design and maintain, and peer review code base along side engineering colleagues to align company goals and team goals.

Architect, design, implement and lead 2 teams of 5 engineers each in an exciting first of a kind Start-Up in Saint Louis, to create a local and unique moving service experience to allow customers and providers to connect with end-to-end home and university moving services through intuitive web and mobile applications.

• Created company's first Twilio SMS/MMS automated messaging system to allow customers and providers receive and send updates to their orders that linked to their CRM (Hubspot) profiles.
• Designed and implemented a robust and interactive Slack Bot event alert system for marketing, operations and customer support to use to help track and resolve customer issues in real time.
• Led and mentored 2 engineering teams to assimilate several 3rd parties technologies such as Stripe, Hubspot, AWS, Hasura, and Async messaging tools such as Kafka across 3 different web applications that included an Admin tool to help customer support efforts.
• Led the closure of all Handled IT department code, resources, accounts, and documentation. Maintain all production systems until the last customer fulfillment was complete. Coordinate with UniGroup to transfer all CRM customer data and intellectual property to their databases and cloud providers.

Collaborate, design, architect and implement web application requirements as a consultant for St. Louis clients Monsanto and Edward Jones.

• Implemented and Optimized graphical charts for Monsanto's PTP Geospatial Corn Crop application to render thousands of data points via Scatter, Line, and Bar charts.
• Reduced page load times by optimizing an AWS ElasticCache that processed tens of gigabytes of data per day. Also allowing PDF report creation, web client requests, and third party requests for data to load up to 50% faster. (Monsanto PTP)
• Collaborated and coordinated across several business and engineering teams to code and deploy a green field Angular 12+ Customer Portal to Production within 1 year while following SAFe practices. (Edward Jones)

Under the direction of Air Mobility Command (AMC) and Project ADEV; designed, developed, debug, and tested several new applications to be utilized by U.S. Air Force personnel.

• Designed, implemented and tested custom visual timelines for air cargo missions that would dynamically change based on events. Real time data and user interactions would refresh at intervals set based on user settings.
• Created thorough code reviews templates to identify potential merge errors, ultimately enhancing code quality across all projects handled by team by at least 50%.
• Championed integration with several unclassified and classified systems for API authentication and authorization that several UI apps required; facilitating smooth transfer of code packages from civilian to military networks.
