Meticulously reviewed public records and legal documents related to real estate to determine ownership and identify any potential issues with a property title, preparing detailed reports that summarize findings; key responsibilities include searching for deeds, mortgages, easements, liens, and other relevant documents,

• Examined abstractor's documents for effect and completeness
• Searched and reviewed data to create and type title commitments, write owners and lenders’ title policies
• Involving some customer service, communicating with internal and external contacts to obtain any additional data/information that may be required and reported any potential delays
