- Created a host of fresh programming for the organization, such as podcasting, guest speaker series, Lunch and Learns, and film screenings that lead to a resulting in a 40% increase in overall event attendance across the command during my tenure.
- Forged valuable relationships within various communities (Disability groups, cultural groups, colleges and universities, etc.) both in the Philadelphia area and on a national scale, securing prominent guest speakers like Ms. Toyce Holmes from the University of Pennsylvania for NSWCPD observances.
- Championed the first annual Command Field Day event in partnership with various stakeholder groups (WARA, PAO, and ERGs) in the organization, resulting in increased ERG sign-ups and overwhelmingly positive feedback.
- Enhanced Organizational Brand identity by spearheading the ERG logo initiative, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement unique logos for each ERG.
- Chaired the Joint-Warfare Center Observance Initiative, a program that consisted of the collaborative effort of 10 Commands across the Navy. The team presented various observance-based programming to the full Naval organization across the country. Under my leadership, there was an estimated 30% of all employees across the agency in attendance.
- EEO Counselor: Provided confidential counseling to employees regarding potential EEO concerns, facilitating informal resolution attempts. Advised employees and management on EEO policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.
- Reduced litigation costs by successfully counseling 80% of EEO complaint intakes to resolution in the pre-complaint stage.
