Created a host of fresh programming for the organization, such as podcasting, guest speaker series, Lunch and Learns, and film screenings that lead to a resulting in a 40% increase in overall event attendance across the command during my tenure.
Forged valuable relationships within various communities (Disability groups, cultural groups, colleges and universities, etc.) both in the Philadelphia area and on a national scale, securing prominent guest speakers like Ms. Toyce Holmes from the University of Pennsylvania for NSWCPD observances.
Championed the first annual Command Field Day event in partnership with various stakeholder groups (WARA, PAO, and ERGs) in the organization, resulting in increased ERG sign-ups and overwhelmingly positive feedback.
Enhanced Organizational Brand identity by spearheading the ERG logo initiative, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement unique logos for each ERG.
