.2008 I was started as a baker.

Present as a baker Trainor,when we have a new hired baker, I trained them to ingredients prep,mixing,cutting and oven.and every year as a baker Trainor my job is to make sure that everybody is on the too of their responsibilities/ job and refresh them in each area as a baker.

• Developed and implemented operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy of workflows.
• Overseas bakery operations and ensure quality of products.
• Attended Global Leadership Summit.
• 17 years bakers experience at HCC.
• Trained In other areas within the company such as dipping and wrapping.
• Having experience to fixing machines/ basic problems.
• Arrives to work on time,appropriately groomed,dressed a d ready to work and maintains a positive attitude at all times.
• Evaluates and produces daily waste logs,and inventory.
