  • Developed high-performing teams by rolling out multiple Centers of Excellence, best practice processing standards, new strategic client data compliance systems, enhanced financial controls, and clearly defined responsibilities across the COEs.
  • Collaborated externally with industry colleagues to design a standardized OTC derivatives settlement system and internally with Technology and Change Teams to create a bespoke client reference data system in compliance with enhanced US and international regulations.
  • Opened a new office in Singapore to pilot a Center of Excellence model that supported London trading, including recruiting hiring at all levels, establishing operational norms, agreeing success metrics, etc. The model was deemed so successful it was rolled out to most other operational departments.
