I was homeschooled my entire upbringing and gained a lot of valuable lessons. The main things I learned are having an excellent work ethic also learning to problem solve.

Attended Masters for 3 years. While at this college I assisted them with building maintenance and vehicle upkeep.

After consistent effort I pursued after a Senior Detention Officer position. Once I acquired the promotion, I was officially assigned as the designated Armorer and Locksmith for the Facility. My duties are as listed:

• Reported daily to supervisor on the days work or issues that are of concern.
• Maintained all weaponry which included the care of less lethal systems.
• Conducted both monthly and quarterly inventories and along with self auditing to maintain proper documentation.
• Designated person for key and tool control.
• Fixed, repaired, and/or replaced locks to maintain security of doors.
• Communication of information.

Addition duties I upheld while in this position are:

• Programmed and/or did minor repairs for Hytera Radio systems.
• Assisted with other posted positions when short staffed.
• Assisted Shift Commanders when needed.

In the year 2023 month of August I officially moved back to New Mexico and pursued a position at CoreCivic as a Detention Officer. My duties are as listed:

• Reported to Shift Commander and went to my assigned post for the day.
• Signed my post orders and document proper paperwork throughout my shift.
• Monitored residents during my shift and reported to Shift Commander on any issues that arose.
• Assisted other Detention Officers for count times and meal distribution.
• Maintained a max 30min rotation of Unit checks.
• Conducted routine shakedowns.
• Reported issues to hight authority.
• Instructed Cadets on duties and responsibilities.

After working retail for approximately 3 years I moved on to a more demanding job as a Dock Worker. My duties are as follow:

• Reported to Supervisor on the days work.
• Operated a Forklift to unloaded and loaded shipments from tractor trailers for either local or out of state/country deliveries.
• Assisted with other Dock Workers for more efficient loading and securing of shipments.
• Filled out BOLs for proper trucks.

• Received and inspected incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Organized inventory within warehouse to optimize space and improve accessibility.
• Operated a variety of forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials safely across the facility.
• Collaborated with team members and assisted with bay resets and shelf stocking.
• Stood in place of Backend Supervisor when they were unavailable.
• Kept work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Utilized the Zebra Scanner Systems to scan, lookup, and locate products.

• Supervised daily route operations, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Oversaw a crew of 3 employees. Supervised and trained new recruits.
• Coordinated with drivers to optimize routes, improving efficiency and reducing operational costs.
• Filled machines with products.
• Oversaw purchasing of product and entrusted with bank deposits.

Assisted with house remodeling and learned many Trade skills while working for Hoss Houses. Many of the skills I learned are:

• Carpentry: Framing, Insulating, and Installing drywall on walls.
• Plumbing: House repiping with Pex and copper, installing water heaters, replacing bad pipes and creating P-traps.
• Electrical: Roughed in new wire, replaced breaker panels, install and replacement electrical outlets and switches, Wired up lights and ceiling fans, and firearm installs.
• HVAC: Helped with install of Swamp Coolers, Split Units and Furnaces. Ran ductwork and duct insulation.
• Masonry: Concrete pouring and brick laying.
• Reported to supervisor for the days work and assisted other workers on projects.
