As the a shift manager my responsibilities include managing partners and monitoring performance to provide a pleasant experience for customers. • My last bartender job was with Vino Volo also in Boston where I serve as bartender/server from Auguste 2017 to December 2020. With this company I was able to expend my knowledge with wine and spirits by becoming certified sommelier. I greeted our customer from the moment they enter our establishment and introduce them to our menu. I was able to not only provide help with our different variety of wine and spirits, but I also made sure they had an excellent experience.

• I worked with McGaffin company in Boston from December 2016 to June 2017, where I held the position as bartender. I was responsible of opening and closing the bar. I made sure our customers received excellent customer service and were happy with their experience.

• Plants new flowers, trees, grass, hedges, and bushes. Maintains gardens and lawns, including mowing, trimming, pruning, raking, and weeding. Waters plants and lawns and adds fertilizer as needed. Installs outdoor lighting and sprinkler systems. Removes snow, ice, and leaves as needed.
