• Academic Course - Internship in Kinesiology, Fall 2022, Physical Therapy. Develop an individualized treatment plan for a specific client or prognosis. Worked with the Physical Therapist to provide customized programming to meet client goals within this project.
• Academic Course - Conditioning Program, Spring 2023. Designed a periodized, year-long, conditioning program for a fictional Olympic Ski Jumper. Implemented biomechanics, physiology, and injury prevention to support the goals of the athlete.
• Academic Course- Kinesiology Fitness Challenge, Spring 2023. Trained Boise State faculty to gain experience as a personal trainer. Designed personalized workout programs for clients to meet their goals and needs.
• Academic Course- Corrective Exercise Program, Spring 2023. Examined a client's muscle imbalances through multiple assessments and screenings to build a personalized corrective exercise program.
