
I am a highly motivated aspiring chef looking to take that step up and continue to grow my career. I have worked in a kitchen for going on six years now and have always felt comfortable and thrived under pressure. My dad worked in the industry while I was growing up, and food in general has always been a great interest of mine; I am eager to grow as a cook. I have many strong traits that help me be successful in the kitchen, and I am looking to add to that list. I started as a dishwasher and, after a few months, was promoted to pizza maker. Now I am trained to do everything and work every station. I have come up with many different recipes for rotational pizza and burger ideas at my current workplace. have had a lot of experience making pizzas, pastas, and sandwiches. All of the dough, pizza sauce, marinara, alfredo, Italian sausage, and many other main ingredients are made from scratch. After graduating in the fall, I plan to further my education in culinary by getting more certifications and possibly attending other culinary schools.
