I am driven by a deep curiosity about aviation operations, and a profound commitment to applying data, technology, and community engagement to help airports operate and communicate better. My academic background in Aeronautical Science and Aviation Management, together with hands-on experience in ground operations, safety oversight, and team coordination, has equipped me with the analytical mindset and operational understanding that complex aviation environments require. I have supported aircraft movements, monitored compliance, resolved operational issues, and delivered clear communication to teams and stakeholders, all skills that directly align with the needs of the Port of Portland for a leader who can manage technical noise-monitoring systems, interpret data, and engage communities with accuracy and empathy. Through my academic and work experiences, I have developed strong leadership skills, enabling me to lead students, peers, and co-workers through demanding situations with great confidence and clarity. These experiences taught me how to balance safety, collaboration, and problem-solving, while keeping people at the center of every decision. I am confident that I can bring a meaningful impact to the Aviation Noise Program by enhancing data-driven insights, strengthening community trust, and supporting the Port's mission toward creating a quieter, more connected, and more transparent future for the region.
