I am a progressive hands-on Hospitality Professional, Human Resources Manager and Professional Coach holding Yacht Master less than 500 GT license.

I have started my hospitality carrier as a Dining Room Staff on the cruise ships where I had found an outlet to merge my Tourism education and my deep and endless passion for sea life. I gained my solid foundation of guest service and hospitality and sea life.

I started my Human Resources career in a high profile

Tourism Group. My various experiences and remarkable trainings in hospitality and service industry took me to a level to gain tremendous human oriented approach, human touch, people management, industrial knowledge and skills.

I have managerial & leadership qualities, strong muscle of flexibility, adaptability and multidimensional approaches to subjects which enable me to perform high in people management, team work and building.

With a passion for providing exceptional service and a keen eye for detail, I am confident in my ability to go above and beyond guest satisfaction in every aspect.

My passion and longing for sea life led me into desire to a be Yacht Master and I want a career path in this direction. I am passionate to be back to may maritime career as Deck Steward which I believe the responsibilities align perfectly with my strong foundation in hospitality, guest service and maritime industry.

I am confident that my background, enthusiasm, eagerness to learn and adaptability will carry me forward in this position.
