-I coached over 40+ kids, made sure they were well behaved and organized during busy meets or at practice.
-Assisted in planning competitive schedules and travel arrangements for events.
-I was able to communicate with 40+ kids and 30+ parents during my time there, discussing questions or any concerns they had.
-I was the only other coach there, so I made sure to step up as a leader and develop a strong community/bond within the team.
