- Hampton lumber to me has always had my back even before I stepped foot onto the plant site as an employee. At the ages of eight and eleven years old I got to tour the mill with my father. This company has shown me nothing but respect, fairness, love and compassion for all employees and they always stay consistent. The loyalty goes both ways for all employees and I would do anything for this company if it came down to it.
