I was assisting in an overnight remodel in a target location we were contracted for 4 months. In these four months we worked as a team of 6 coordinating with another team operating heavy machinery and a 3rd team driving in product and discarding broken product. My team was in charge of making sure all the product and labels were correct as well as stocking the new equipment brought in.

• Assisted in executing store-wide remodel tasks, ensuring adherence to project timelines and standards.
• Collaborated with team members to reorganize merchandise displays for enhanced customer accessibility.
• Utilized planograms to accurately reposition products, improving overall store layout efficiency.
