I possess knowledge of installing and maintaining computers, printers, and other equipment, optimizing the use of technology across platforms. I also have experience in cybersecurity best practices, keeping secure and productive IT environments intact. Having the ability to quickly adapt and communicate effectively allows me to support users while presenting efficient, dependable use of technology.
