  • In this position, I am responsible for providing IT operational support and maintenance for government employees and assests in the U.S Southern Region
  • Another one of my responsibilities in this role is working with other agency departments and vendors to ensure the customer has reliable access to the Network Resources, Accounts & Permissions, Software Access, and a dependable machine to work on
