• Trouble shooting, pre-making of tooling at times, nicking and rubbering of dies when necessary
• Currently use Radius auto count software for all production tracking and work schedule
• The machines I operate here are a Bobst 145 mastercut PER
• Large format 60", with power register

• Bobst 106 Sprintera 40" format.

• Completed scheduled upkeep and minor repairs on die cutting machinery to support and maintain production performance.

• Performed routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitored and adjusted machine operations as needed for quality assurance.
• Maintained cleanliness of work area and equipment in accordance with safety regulations.
• Assisted in the setup of production lines according to customer specifications.
• Troubleshooted mechanical problems with machines, making repairs or adjustments when necessary.
• Worked with different types of materials, substrates, and zipper sizes to accommodate various types of pouches.
