Mr. Feldman formed M2 Group in 1987 and its’ initial deal was a joint venture with regional brokerage Penn Center Investments. M2 Group raised over $25,000,000 in managed assets in its’ first 12 months of operation. Mr. Feldman and M2 Group provided consulting services to then DE Shaw Vice–President Jeff Bezos (founder of Amazon) on investment banking deals. Mr. Feldman has participated in deals in telecommunications, real estate, medical services, petrochemicals and food & beverage.
Mr Feldman worked in early stage development with clients Amazon.com, Qwest, Worldcom, Infotrax, PMR and LockerBlogger.com. He was a consultant on RTM/Triarc merger which led to purchase of Wendy’s hamburger chain and formation of Arby’s-Wendy’s combination.
The Major League Urban Youth Baseball Academy is a partnership between Major League Baseball, The City of Philadelphia, the Baseball Futures Fund and the Philadelphia Phillies. The Academy develops young men and women through baseball competition.
Mr. Feldman played professional baseball and was a member of the 1984 Olympic Festival team. He played college baseball at Temple University.
