• Responsible for contacting all proper parties to get the correct quote for Loan Payoffs, 3rd Party Funds, Heir Payoffs and Short Sales while adhering to all guidelines and quickly posting those payments to the loan.
• Responds promptly to all emails, and phone calls from the borrowers and notates the status of each loan
• Responsible for loan research and resolution of errors found or brought to the department's attention.

• Spearheaded quality control initiatives for loan documentation, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
• Responsible for processing mail loan payments and the review of mortgage loan payments such as Lock Box, ACH payments, Wires, and Loss Drafts, REO, Taxes, HOA, Vendor Refunds, Bankruptcy and HUD funds daily.
