• Neurology (Stroke ) unit (36hrs/week):
• Evaluate patients’ neurological conditions, vital signs and neurological functions.
• Responding to neurological emergencies like seizures, strokes and spinal cord injuries.
• Skillfully managed challenging patients including after thrombectomy, TPA admininstration, patient with EVD, LP drain.
• Assisted physicians during complex bedside procedures such as lumbar punctures or central line insertions, ensuring successful outcomes and minimal discomfort for patients.

Neurosurgery unit (48hrs/week):

• Prepare patients for neurosurgical procedures and educating patients and families.
• Conduct frequent neurological assessments to detect any complications.
• Managed patients after procedures such as tracheostomy, lumbar puncture, craniotomy, laminectomy, fusion and more.

Intensive care unit (40hrs/week):

• Administer IV site, catheter, CVP line, and drain care, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Served as a preceptor for nursing students during their clinical rotations, providing valuable real-world experience and guidance to foster professional growth.
• Vigilantly monitor patient conditions, promptly communicating significant observations to physicians.

Intensive care unit (40hrs/week):

• Perform procedures such as: blood transfusion, nasogastric tube insertion, dressing and colostomy care.
• Collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans for complex cases.
• Apply ethical decision-making, respect peers, collaborate for patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance department functions and patient experience.
