I take initiative and work independently, often leading during my clinical experiences as a student nurse. I am observant and thourough in my approach. I collaborate with the resident aids/charge nurse to ensure patient is cared for through the nursing process with saftey, while maintaining dignity and privacy.

In my previous work experiences, customers and their satisfaction was my focus at Qwest Communications. Conflict/resolution and relationship building with customers was the main focus. I resolved concerns with urgency, using effective communication and compassion. This interdepartmental collaboration de-escalated situations and supported resolution. Being first point of contact supported lotalty and a client relationship. I believe these skills tremendously help me now, especially while working with patients as a student nurse.
