As a line cook, it is my job to ensure that orders to ensure timely service during peak hours. Alongside ensure they are served in a timely manner, I am also in charge of preparing food items consistently and in compliance with recipes, portioning, cooking and waste control guidelines.

I am also in charge of making sure the stations I work on are stocked and ready for use to maximize productivity.

My job while I was at target was to insure that the sales floor was update with current items, and current prices to ensure a positive experience for the guest. I was also task to help out with online pick up orders and to ensure that the items were grabbed and bagged in a timely manner.

My job is to make connections with the customers while also making their drinks. I am also tasked with ensuring precision and cleanliness happens inside the stand.
