As a summer camp counselor at Pine Cove City Camps, I led approximately 10 elementary-aged girls a week from 9am-4pm each day, Mon-Fri. Some of my responsibilities included leading Bible Study each day, building relationships, enforcing safety rules, and running several different activity classes ranging from arts & crafts to outside trampoline bungee jumping. I was also responsible for writing multiple sentences for each child outlining positive character qualities seen in then throughout the week. I also worked for 5 weeks as a Camp health Assistant who was in charge of camper health documentation and assistance. I am HIPAA certified and I have my American red Cross CPR certification.
