Worked as a Volt contractor for about 2 yrs in Laser Probe before conversion.
Trained and mastered on all toolsets within my department, South Probe, in the first 3 years after hire both probers, map inkers, inspection equipment, debris removal hoods and what was back then HiRel Vseries process.
Became the go-to operator for the Vseries process across shifts by following all ITAR policies and procedures and training new operators as needed.
As Laser and Non-Laser Probe-s merged, trained on the new non-laser toolsets to stay flexible and meet my department's staff needs.
Have always collaborated with PDE, Product Eng, EE Techs and MFG Management to identify and help address yield, quality and cycle-time issues to aid our team performance.
Volunteer to cover overtime days for our department as the need arises year on year.
Daily take initiative to reduce unnecessary downtime by addressing tooldowns that my experience and EE Techs have taught me to address wether these be due to yield or equipment issues.
Have through the years built great working relationships with my co-workers. Mgmn't and PDE, EE Techs which in turn gives me the opportunity to learn past my normal job duties in an effort to excel and be an operator that can be counted on.
Take initiative and ownership in helping new trainees learn and adjust to a new job wether I am their trainer or not, or in absence of their assigned trainer.
