Covered the area of maintenance of the cat room at the cafe between every session, taking care of the guest room where it is visible and the back room as well. Greeted guest into the room while also going over the rules set, to carry out a successful visit. Provided excellent customer service by attentively listening to the guest questions or any needs that then would be answered covering all their concerns. Effectively handled large parties leading to busy environments having to then take care of many matters at once.
