• Phone triage incoming calls regarding surgical concerns and medication refills
• Provide surgical instructions for elective surgeries, and surgery scheduling
• Assist in procedures completed in-office
• Coordinate combo cases with other surgical departments

• Promotes patient satisfaction by communicating with patients and clinical team
• Ensuring efficient patient flow by prioritizing patient needs
• Obtains accurate vital signs per Northwestern Medicine standards
• Documents reason for visit, allergies, medications and pharmacy preference
• Assists providers with medical and surgical procedures as needed
• Maintains vaccine and medication inventory
• Orders supplies and correctly disposes of expired supplies
