Own full-cycle recruiting across ~50 roles annually spanning executive leadership, Finance, Operations, Marketing, eCommerce, Manufacturing, Biotech, Fintech, Logistics, and CPG/DTC organizations
• Partner directly with founders, CEOs, CFOs, and senior leadership teams to translate business growth objectives into structured hiring strategies.
• Manage end to end talent lifecycle: intake, sourcing strategy, passive candidate outreach, interview design, stakeholder calibration, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Drive time to fill ranging from 2 weeks to 3 months depending on role complexity and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop targeted sourcing campaigns leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Crelate CRM, direct outreach, referral networks, and talent mapping methodologies
• Coach hiring managers on interview strategy, candidate evaluation, and compensation positioning to increase alignment and offer acceptance rates.
• Craft employer facing narratives including job descriptions, outreach messaging, and executive pitch decks to strengthen employer brand positioning.
• Analyze pipeline health and conversion metrics to inform search strategy and optimize candidate experience
