• Taking all the components of the company's technology – network, servers, security, software and storage – and deliver them to various business units as a service
• Reporting to the Vice President of Client Services, with a staff of six members, manage all aspects of Infrastructure Service Delivery (Tier1) activities in support of CGI's Intellectual Property Division
• This was Global Infrastructure's largest portfolio, with more than30 accounts totaling $40M (20%) in annual infrastructure services revenue
• This is the only portfolio within the division that retained its as sold profitability
• Enhanced customer satisfaction by resolving disputes promptly, maintaining open lines of communication, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Various leadership positions during tenure with primary responsibility being facilitating stakeholder communication, leading to improved alignment between business objectives and program goals. Multi-million dollar portfolio oversight and management of a cross-functional team of up to 100 staff who delivered high-quality products within scope and budget constraints.
