Complete administrative and clinical tasks, such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, taking patients vital signs and maintaining medical records through the electronic health records. Managing communications with the physician, patients and family. Preparing patients for examinations, assisting the physician during examinations and treatments, collecting and preparing specimens. Prepare and administer medications and vaccines as directed by the physician. Reduced risks of patient infection and cross-contamination by cleaning and sterilizing equipment. Clean and stock patient consultation rooms to maintain hygiene standards.

Provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living, accompaniment, and special monitoring. Report any adverse medical reactions to the director of healthcare. Communication changes in residents status, and other issues during shift to the director of healthcare. Assist with residents meals and snacks, following the guidelines provided. Answering residents calls on the emergency alert system within the appropriate period of time, and provide necessary assistance. Coordinate work tasks and works cooperatively with other staff on duty. Provide assistance to residents using universal precautions. Ensure all residents information maintained in confidential manner.
