I am a fine dining server at this South American-Peruvian fusion restaurant. I follow all the steps of service associated with fine dining. My role is to greet tables, give a tour of the menu, offer suggestions and wine pairings with food . I am knowledgeable with the dishes and can explain how they are prepared in detail. I communicate with guests about food allergies to the kitchen. I know how to operate the Point of Scale system and handle credit card and cash payments. I am familiarized with bottles of wine and the specialty cocktails we sell. I have basic math, reading, and writing skills needed to preform these tasks. I set up the restaurant and polish all of the tables silverware and glassware. I multitask up to 7 tables at a time and help my team members out when I am able to do so.

I wait on tables, bring beverages, food, and checks to the guests. It is fine dining, I will float to the bar when needed, or help food runners in the kitchen. I provide great hospitality to the guests in the dining room. I stock server station, take to-go orders, help bus tables, reset tables, fold linens, make sure each table is stocked with salt and pepper, sugars, cream, clean up dining room after shift, and server check out. Promoted to front of house supervisor.

I’m a server in the restaurant at an independent living facility. Bring food to residents, take orders, restock server station, communicate and help as needed with residents. Fold linens, bus dirty tables, deliver food to residents room who are ill.

Help clients live independently, drive them to doctor appointments, community outings, day program, work, help them budget their money and account for some of clients' money, administer scheduled medications and PRNs, empathetic listening to clients in crisis, supervise for client safety doing hourly checks, prepare and cook meals, dishes, cleaning, showering/bathing certain clients that need help, thorough documentation of clients day for my shift.

Help clients live independently, drive clients to doctor appointments, 1:1 activities, community outings, work, day program, administer scheduled medications and PRNs to clients, prepare and cook meals, clean house, supervise clients for their safety doing 30 minute checks, account for client financials, thorough documentation on client's day for entire shift, and much more.

Greet guests at door and seat them in a rotating server section, bring menus and water, tell guests about specials going on, run food and beverages for servers, bus dirty tables, serve food to large groups and wedding parties in VIP room, Bar back for bartender, set up linens, warm the Chafers for buffet style meals, wristband people over 21 years old at night club on Saturday night, DJ to guests playing the top 40 hits, take song requests, do shout outs to people in crowd, work laptop and sound/light system.

Serve food/liquor to bigger parties, weddings, and business conferences. Decorate and set up for fine dining weddings, help prepare hors d'oeuvre and butler them to guests, Bar back for wedding main bar and beer bar, bus dirty dishes, wash dishes, polish silverware and all sorts of glassware.

Greet guests, take menu orders, serve food, work the cashier, bus dirty tables, make soup and coffee, write up the table's bill, handle money from customers and bring back correct change.
