  • Collaborating with the Trauma Program leadership at a Level 1 Trauma Center. Supporting our center that sees over 6000 trauma patients each year, ensuring quality care and leading Southern NJ in trauma care.
  • Assisted in coordinating program activities both within the hospital and for prehospital and community outreach. This incudes EMS hospital follow up, education and a special critical care area tour for EMS and Nursing students.
  • Special project coordination, investigating products to improve patient outcomes and department efficiency. Including value analysis process, product trials and full implementation. Staff education and support is key.
  • Collaborated with team members to for our Trauma Quality Improvement Program.
  • Manage monthly Performance Improvement initiatives including M&M review and Prehospital Trauma PI.
  • Facilitated regular meetings with Healthcare Access department to discuss progress updates, address challenges, and brainstorm solutions for ongoing success through the continuum of Trauma care. From admissions to discharge. Also included a second project with the NJ State Medical Examiner's Office to improve the hospital reporting process.
