As a trained massage therapy professional, I aim to provide my clients with massages to release tension, improve joint mobility, and help promote relaxation and well-being as a means to reduce stress for the individual. I pursue regular training to maintain expertise and learn new techniques.
I grew up in the shadow of the Teton Mountain Range in Teton Valley, Idaho. My family has always lived in and played in the mountains. I grew up hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and camping in many areas of the West. I have spent the last few summers working in and exploring the mountains of Montana. I have hiked extensively in the wilderness of the Absaroka Wilderness in Montana the past few summers. Most recently I went to the Rexburg College of Massage Therapy in the spring and summer of 2024. In college I studied anatomy and physiology of the human body, and was trained in multiple massage modalities, and also had classes in ethics and business.
