As the current lab manager for the Cheyenne office/lab was opening the new location and acquiring the AASHTO accreditation the summer of 2024. As a manager my duties also include writing estimates for both city, sate and federal projects for SolTerra engineering.

• Set and oversee quality assurance guidelines for laboratory work.
• Keep equipment maintained, facility clean, and organized and inventory stocked to maximize performance.

As a level two technician I was the lead technician on WYDOT projects and assisted with asphalt mix design's for the Central and East regions for Simon this included designs for Wyoming, Colorado and Nebraska. In the winters I also did pit acceptance for the Simon Central and East region pits.

• Helped uncover and fix production problems in order to reduce overall defect rates.
• Maintained quality documentation and records for conformance with relevant standards.
• Tested and evaluated product precision against specifications to reduce discrepancies.

A Summer intern at the Lander asphalt lab assisting with Wyoming DOT verifications testing and Wyoming, Montana and Idaho Asphalt Mix design's, as well as aggregate testing.
