As a Certified Trainer, I guide oncoming ToGo Specialists on how to efficiently make all guests happy while getting the job done correctly. I ensure to hold each other to high standards so we can achieve our goals while treating each other with respect.

Catering Specialist

Managing catering pick-up orders and deliveries ensuring guest satisfaction through on-time and accuracy. Scheduling delivery drivers and prepping the team so everything goes conveniently. Safely delivering catering orders to guests and presenting food in a professional manner. Remaining cheerful under stressful conditions.
