I have taught all elementary grades and math in middle school. Some of the skills needed any level of teaching that can be used in a retail setting are:

1. Computer Skills: Navigate through a multitude of educational and data collection programs.

2. Communication Skills: Oral, written, electronic communications with parents, administrators, co-workers, and most importantly students.

3. Leadership Skills: Building relationships with students, staff and parents to create an engaging environment where all participants learn to work together.

4. Organizational Skills: To keep the "ship sailing smoothly" time wise and academically.

• Assisted customers in selecting footwear, enhancing overall shopping experience.
• Managed inventory levels, ensuring product availability and organization on sales floor.
• Processed transactions accurately, maintaining cash register and financial accuracy.
• Collaborated with team members to achieve daily sales targets and improve store performance.
