Started out as a shift lead worked my way all the way up to r1 (ready for next promotion )status for area coach I was a MTM (market training manger) for a year and a half. Ran this location for 3 years ran three other locations before coming to this one. Went around the area helped other stores even went to other states. Helped when they bought new requisitions also covered area coaches when they went out of town and ran their area. My main priority was running a location running the numbers managing the team and all the other functions that go with running a location.
