Customer service representative with a specialty in medical offices. I have worked for several opthalmology clinics prior to taking 25 years off of working in the business world to be home with my children. Working with people and helping them enjoy their experience while making first contact with a company is what I thrive on. The ability to listen and assist clients with problems or misunderstandings of policies is one of my best skills. I am an extremely organized appointment secretary, receptionist, telephone operator, and the face that you want greeting your clients.

I love to read and always have way too many books on my reading list. My daughter lives in Madison, but my son lives right here in Oshkosh so whenever I can I try to spend a little time with him. Whatever it might be, a few minutes here or a few minutes there because he is currently a full-time student at UWO, working. and doing theater for fun. I'm a voracious Brewers fan even though they have the ability to snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory better than any team in history. Finally, my entire family is spread across the country and our favorite game is Balderdash so we get together on Google Meet or Zoom and play about once a month or so. Everyone of us are hams and just want to get laughs so the games are not actually played as a "game" they're just played for family fun time.
