TIA Designated Teacher

The Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) is a program that rewards state (of Texas) funding for performance-based teacher compensation that meets certain criteria. This compensation is above-and-beyond a teacher’s annual salary. TIA was part of HB3 to help recruit, retain and reward highly-effective teachers.
