Communication Skills

I have completed a project to earn college credits in school. I evaluated my home Wi-Fi network setup and analyzed what I could do to improve the security surrounding my personal network. I was able to showcase my abilities in preparing a PowerPoint presentation along with recording an audio voice-over explaining and describing how it is set up and what security areas I could improve on.

I have completed multiple training packets at my job and I am able to showcase my skills through nonverbal writing and positive feedback through verbal communication.

Leadership Experience

Prior to Kenzie I worked with children, worked fast food as a team lead, and I'm currently employed with Walmart Distribution as a trainer. I have gained a lot of useful skills over the years. I have learned to work in groups and do team exercises. I have learned how to work independently and be detail-oriented, and I have gained patience from working with groups of children and individually with children.

I would consider my best trait to be when I want to accomplish something nothing will stop me, and I am highly motivated to see the result. To name one accomplishment I am most proud of is learning to successfully play piano through teaching myself. I like the rewards that come with achieving something and the feeling of satisfaction.
